About the Job

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate RVN to join our team at Swayne & Partners Newmarket clinic. As a member of our community, you will be working closely with experienced Veterinary Surgeons and a dedicated team of Registered Veterinary Nurses.

Job Summary:

  • Support the Veterinary Surgeon with consults as necessary
  • Confirm plans for the night team by writing patient kennel sheets and adjusting medications accordingly
  • Contact inpatient owners as necessary to update them on their animals' progress and plan
  • Support with providing a handover to the night inpatient vet as and when required

Skill and Experience Requirements:

  • RCVS registration number
  • Relevant nursing experience within a veterinary practice
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Resilience
