Job Title: Nursing Support Worker
We are currently recruiting for Nursing Support Workers in the Cambridge area to work in various nursing and residential homes.
As a Nursing Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing person-centered care to patients, including monitoring their conditions, assisting with daily living tasks, and promoting independence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining accurate records of patient information
- Providing personal care, such as washing and dressing
- Assisting with medication management
- Supporting patients with mobility issues
- Engaging in activities to promote mental health and wellbeing
Requirements:
- GCSEs or equivalent in maths and English
- Experience working in a care setting
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
Estimated Salary: £18-22 per hour. Benefits include weekly and daily pay options, competitive rates, and a loyalty rewards scheme.
