We are seeking an experienced SEN Support Worker to join our team at Randstad, working in collaboration with a welcoming SEN School based in Newmarket. As a SEMH Teaching Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in creating a nurturing and safe environment for students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

**About the Role:**

This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and empathetic individual to work closely with teachers and support staff to foster an inclusive and supportive classroom environment. You will be responsible for regularly monitoring and evaluating the academic and social progress of students with SEN, adapting teaching materials and resources to accommodate diverse learning needs.

**Key Requirements:**

* Experience working or volunteering with SEND children, preferably with autism/ADHD experience
* Commitment to safeguarding children
* A DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one

**Competitive Salary:** We offer a competitive rate of pay, paid weekly, along with a Refer a Friend scheme where you could have the chance to earn a £300 Love2shop voucher - subject to terms and conditions.

Estimated Annual Salary: £28,000 - £32,000
