Senior Night Care Support Worker

At Kentford Manor, a luxury care home in the heart of Suffolk, we are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic individual to play a key role in our night care team.
The Role:- Work collaboratively with the night care team to ensure residents receive optimal care and attention.
- Support the supervisor in leading the night care shift, promoting a culture of excellence and resident-centered care.
- Effectively administer medication in accordance with established guidelines.
- Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement preventative measures.
- Participate in the development of tailored care plans, working closely with the leadership team and healthcare professionals.
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care is desired but not mandatory.
- You should possess excellent organizational skills, be proficient in IT, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
- A proven ability to work collaboratively within a team environment, with a solid understanding of care planning principles.
- Either existing experience in administering medication or a willingness to undergo necessary training.
