Night Care Assistant Supervisor

Kentford Manor, a luxury care home in Suffolk, seeks a dedicated and skilled individual to oversee its night care team.

The Position:
  • Supervise the night care shift, focusing on delivering exceptional resident care.
  • Mentor and support colleagues to ensure high-quality care practices.
  • Accurately administer medication as per established protocols.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments to guarantee residents' safety and well-being.
  • Liaise with the leadership team to develop personalized care plans for residents.
About You:
  • A minimum of NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care is required.
  • You must possess strong organizational skills, be IT proficient, and able to delegate tasks efficiently.
  • A successful track record of leading and guiding others, coupled with a deep understanding of care planning principles.
  • Either current experience in administering medication or a willingness to undergo relevant training.
