Job Description:
A Nursing Assistant Role is currently available in Newmarket, working with patients in nursing and care homes. As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, ensuring their comfort and well-being.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular checks on patients, monitoring their condition and reporting any concerns to the management.
  • Assist patients with their personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, and using the bathroom.
  • Prepare and serve meals, ensuring patients receive the nutrition they need to stay healthy.
  • Provide emotional support to patients, engaging in conversation and offering reassurance when needed.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and possess a caring and compassionate nature. A salary of £20,000 - £25,000 per annum (dependent on experience) is offered, with opportunities for training and career progression.
