Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Connect Personnel. As a key player in our business, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Planning: Develop and implement sales plans to achieve business objectives, including setting targets and tracking progress.
  • Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, using a range of techniques, including prospecting, networking, and advertising.
  • Account Management: Manage existing client relationships, ensuring they remain satisfied and continue to grow with our business.

Salary:£45,000 OTE, with a basic salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum.
