**Job Description:** Quality Assurance Specialist
**Salary:** £30,000 - £38,000 per annum
New Appointments Group is looking for a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in food manufacturing and a strong understanding of HACCP and food safety regulations.
The successful applicant will be responsible for reviewing the manufacturing process, plant hygiene, and GMP practices. They will also be responsible for ensuring that all products are manufactured to the correct specification.
Responsibilities:
- Review the manufacturing process and identify areas for improvement
- Conduct regular audits of the warehouse, factory exterior, and office block areas
- Ensure that all products are manufactured to the correct specification
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure high-quality raw materials
- Develop and implement quality control procedures
