We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to serve as a Collegiate Growth Specialist, providing strategic guidance and support to collegiate chapters as they strive to achieve excellence in leadership development and community engagement. As a Collegiate Growth Specialist, you will play a key role in helping chapter officers and members build their skills and confidence, while fostering a culture of inclusivity and respect within the organization.

The estimated annual salary for this role is between $65,000 and $85,000, based on your level of experience. This position requires approximately 10-20 hours of work per week during the academic year, with occasional travel to regional meetings and events. You will be responsible for mentoring and coaching chapter officers and members, promoting chapter and officer success, and contributing to open communication throughout the chapter.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will hold the chapter accountable to setting and working toward goals, ensure that all international Gamma Phi Beta policies and procedures are understood and adhered to, and guide the chapter in developing plans in compliance with international guidelines. You will also engage in ongoing training and development, recruit and appoint alumnae to the advisory board, and oversee the training and development of new advisory board members.
