Maintenance and Administration Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced professional to oversee the maintenance and administration of our site in the Poole area. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, managing a team of engineers, cleaners, and canteen staff, and providing excellent service to clients.
About the Role:The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance and administration, with experience in managing teams, maintaining sites, and ensuring high standards of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage daily operations, including coordinating maintenance requests and overseeing the cleanliness of the site
- Lead a team of engineers, cleaners, and canteen staff to ensure high standards of service delivery
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations
This is a temporary role paying £24-£30 per hour. Previous experience as a Facilities Manager is essential.
