About the Role

As a key member of our team at Workshop Recruitment, we are seeking a highly skilled Safety Administrator Coordinator to join our growing organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for project coordinating and support to our Health and Safety Team.

This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals who want to contribute to a dynamic team that prioritizes safety and well-being in the workplace. We offer a competitive salary package including £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop an electronic system to control Health, Safety and Wellbeing actions across the group to ensure legislative compliance and current best practices.
  • Collect, collate and present Health and Safety related data in an easily analysable format.
  • Assist the Health and Safety Manager with contractors' documentation vetting and monitoring.
  • Deliver effective administration of Health and Safety Committees programme and meetings.
  • Manage the consultation process regarding Health and Safety issues.
  • Assist managers with Display Screen Equipment assessment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent IT skills with Microsoft applications, particularly Excel.
  • Data structuring and presentation skills.
  • Analysing and questioning skills.
  • Verbal and written communication skills.
  • Project coordination experience.
  • Ability to work independently and in a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Report production and analysis skills.
