Account Executive Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Account Executive to join our team at beBee Professionals in Halesowen, UK. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded through proactive communication and relationship building.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential clients, leveraging your expertise in CRM software and Microsoft Office to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing your skills in negotiation and relationship management to secure new business and retain existing clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services, meeting deadlines and exceeding client expectations through effective project management.
  • Track and report on client satisfaction and account performance, using data to inform client strategies and drive business growth through data-driven decision making.
  • Negotiate contracts and renewals with clients to maximize revenue, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure competitiveness.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as an Account Executive or similar role, with a strong track record of success in managing client relationships and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships and drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines, with a self-motivated and results-driven approach to achieving business objectives.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office, with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
