Care and Support Professional

We are recruiting an experienced Care and Support Professional to provide high-quality support to individuals with Autism in our supported living service in Droitwich Spa. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a patient attitude, and a commitment to delivering person-centred care.
The successful candidate will develop strong relationships with residents, their families, and colleagues, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and understanding.
Key Requirements- Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field, such as social care or psychology.
- Proven experience working with individuals with Autism, preferably in a supported living environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with residents, colleagues, and family members.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
- £9.60 hourly rate, with opportunities for progression.
