Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Band 6 Nurse to join our Droitwich, Ombersley and Rurals Neighbourhood Team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a community setting. With a focus on clinical leadership and expertise, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding care to patients in their own homes.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have significant post-registration experience in a clinical setting, with a strong understanding of community services and care pathways. You will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work independently, prioritizing tasks effectively. A positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt, is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert clinical knowledge and skills to patients in their own homes or other community settings.
  • Work autonomously, supervising others and contributing to the delivery of best nursing practice within the team.
  • Participate in triage, allocation of work, and leadership of other staff, managing team resources and deputizing in the absence of Operational and Clinical Team leaders.
