Droitwich, Worcestershire, United Kingdom NHS Full time
About the Job

As a Community Nurse for NHS Professionals, you will have the opportunity to provide vital healthcare services within the community. This flexible role allows nurses to balance their professional duties with personal commitments, fostering a healthy work-life balance.

The flexibility of a bank role enables community nurses to choose their working hours and provide care to patients across various locations in England. With a focus on patient-centered care, you will assess and monitor patient conditions, arrange diagnostic tests, and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care.

This position is ideal for nurses who value flexibility and want to make a meaningful impact in their communities. You will have access to training and development opportunities through the Trust and NHSP's own academy, enabling you to develop professionally and gain experience in various wards or areas.

We offer competitive pay, including weekly pay to give you access to your wages more quickly. As an NHS Professional, you will also benefit from a Blue Light Card NHS Discount Provider and first choice of shifts/placements at the Trust of your choice over agencies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessing and monitoring patient conditions and arranging diagnostic tests.
  • Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 6 months paid experience in a community environment within the last 2 years.
