Care Home Support Worker

SalaryWe offer a competitive salary, estimated to be around £20,000-£22,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, you will receive paid Enhanced DBS/PVG, free uniform, and access to a company pension scheme.
Job DescriptionAs a Care Assistant on late shift, you will play a vital role in ensuring the physical and emotional wellbeing of our residents. Your responsibilities will include assisting with personal care activities such as washing, dressing, and feeding. You will also deliver care that is tailored to meet the individual needs of each resident, promoting their dignity and independence.
Our late shift pattern consists of 3 days on, 3 days off, with hours ranging from 7am to 3pm. This schedule allows for a good work-life balance and enables you to enjoy your free time during the day.
You will work closely with our team of experienced care professionals to ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care possible. We are committed to delivering outstanding care, and we expect all our colleagues to share this commitment.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You must be able to build rapport with residents, their families, and our care team. A strong understanding of safeguarding policies and procedures is also essential.
