Job Description
As a Care Assistant at Eclipse Homecare, you will be working closely with clients to provide personalized support and care, enabling them to maintain their independence and dignity.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and using the toilet
- Help clients with medication management and adhere to individual care plans
- Support clients with practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework
- Develop strong relationships with clients and their families to understand their unique needs and preferences
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be physically fit, and have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
