Job Title: Dedicated Cleaning Support Specialist

We are seeking a warm and enthusiastic individual to join our award-winning team as a Dedicated Cleaning Support Specialist. As part of our close-knit team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that all standards of cleanliness and laundry are maintained in the home.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out all cleaning duties in accordance with worksheet instructions, maintaining hotel service standards.
  • Understand the cleaning requirements of different surfaces and coverings, using cleaning materials effectively to present areas well-maintained.
  • Treat residents with dignity and respect, respecting their personal space and belongings at all times.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety procedures, particularly Moving and Handling techniques, Fire Safety, and COSHH assessments.
  • Experience of cleaning laundry in a public setting.
  • Demonstrate compassion and commitment to delivering high-quality housekeeping/laundry services to residents.
  • Be adaptable and flexible to cover a range of responsibilities at short notice.
Salary & Benefits

As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary of £22,500 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we offer a range of benefits, including a DBS Disclosure check and proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
