At Caremark Ltd, we are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Worker to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care and support to our customers in their homes, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Assist with daily tasks, such as shopping, meal preparation, and medication management.
- Support customers with their daily routines, including prompting and reminders.
- Offer respite services to customers and their families.
- Engage in social activities and leisure pursuits with customers, promoting their social interaction and community integration.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to customers.
Requirements
- Valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
- Full training and support provided by Caremark Ltd.
