About the Role

Are you passionate about delivering high-quality care to individuals in their own homes or clinics?

We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Community Healthcare Assistant to join our integrated community team. As a vital member of our team, you will work under the direction of qualified clinicians to provide personalized care and rehabilitation services to patients.

The successful candidate will have a Level 3 qualification in Care (or equivalent) and be willing to undertake further relevant training programs. Experience working with older adults in health/social care settings is essential, while community experience of older adults with physical and/or mental health problems is desirable.

In this role, you will communicate effectively with others at all levels, work flexibly to meet service delivery needs, and travel to deliver care services. You will also be expected to problem-solve and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

We offer a range of benefits, including £26,000 - £34,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience, as well as flexible working options, a generous NHS pension, and extensive staff networks.
