Job Title: Weekend Ambulance Station Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Weekend Ambulance Station Manager to join our team at Paddock Wood Ambulance Station.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the Make Ready Team, ensuring they complete the Make Ready Process efficiently. Additionally, you will be arranging cover for shifts, interviewing and training new staff, and maintaining a high level of organization and time management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and coordinating the Make Ready Team's activities to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Managing shift cover arrangements to ensure adequate staffing levels.
  • Conducting interviews and providing training to new team members.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports as required.
Requirements:
  • A valid C1 driving license is essential for this role.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Basic DBS check required.
