Job Description

As a Trainee Collector, you will be responsible for inspecting passengers' tickets and collecting fares from those who haven't paid. You will also assist station colleagues with ticket checks and participate in our Passenger Services Apprenticeship Programme.

About the Role

The successful candidate will receive a salary of £31,000 per annum, plus benefits including a final salary pension and 28 days annual leave allowance. The role involves working a varied shift pattern, including weekends, bank holidays, and nights, with shifts starting as early as 6:00am or finishing at 21:00pm.
