Sales Business Development Manager

The Workplace Consultancy is seeking an experienced Sales Business Development Manager to promote their office space in the property community. This key role will enhance sales and financial performance of the centre.
Job Description- Manage the financial and operational performance of the centre.
- Oversee management, control, and accountability for the financial and commercial performance of the centre.
This is a challenging role that requires excellent administrative, organisational, and communication skills. The successful candidate will demonstrate confidence, attention to detail, enthusiasm, adaptability, ability to multi-task and work under pressure, high motivation, and proactive attitude with a desire to contribute to the company more widely. They will provide exceptional customer service while ensuring operational efficiencies.
A strong networker with experience in the operational running of an environment similar to a Business Centre or previous experience in the running of an office is preferred. The ideal candidate will have the ability to maximise revenue opportunities.
Estimated salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum.
