Role Summary

As a Field Marketing Manager at Optimizely, you will be responsible for building regional marketing plans that align corporate demand generation programs and budgets, capabilities, and skills of top partners to scale the pipeline.

Main Responsibilities

  • Accountable for pipeline coverage in the Field Marketing Manager's region (MEA/UKI) while global marketing delivers pipeline, collaborate with global teams and build local campaigns to ensure pipeline coverage is met.
  • Support UKI region, reporting into the Senior Marketing Manager UKI and MEA.
  • Analyze pipeline performance and optimize campaigns, forecast, track, and report field marketing effectiveness and ROI to internal stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain relationships with sales, SDR, and marketing leadership to drive marketing strategy and ensure leads move efficiently through the sales funnel.
  • Work with audience, content, digital, PR, communications, and demand marketing teams to support regional programs and resources.
  • Develop a local partner execution plan to build a pipeline at scale, leveraging global partner marketing strategy.
  • Identify demand generation opportunities incremental to global campaigns and pull together local activities that leverage partners to create an integrated experience.
  • Support delivery of global events in the region and develop local events when global events are not suitable.
  • Engage with third-party associations and networking groups in the region to promote Optimizely.
  • Support global ABx strategy and regional SDRs in orchestrating engagement with target accounts.
  • Support AM/CSM activities in the region informed by customer marketing strategy.
  • Plan and operate transparently for cross-organizational visibility and share best practices with regional field leaders.
