About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a Regional Client Director, where you will be responsible for managing day-to-day client requests and work-streams. You will ensure that work is delivered to a high quality and meets deadlines, while also working closely with regional planning teams and local market contacts.

In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for day-to-day client communications, building strong relationships with key stakeholders. You will also contribute to governance meetings with central clients, provide a holistic overview of the business, and build a rapport with the full regional team and local markets.

As a Regional Client Director, you will be responsible for developing an understanding of your client's business, consumer purchase journey, and the broader industry sector. You will also foster innovative thinking and ideas, particularly in the areas of content, digital, and technology innovation, and the use of data.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day client requests and work-streams
  • Work closely with regional planning teams and local market contacts
  • Act as primary point of contact for day-to-day client communications
