Job Description

At McLaren Racing, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Senior Specialist, Partnerships. This role will be responsible for managing and delivering partnership marketing activities, sponsorship, brand/product marketing, sales, and communications campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the operational day-to-day delivery of key McLaren partner's 360 activation plans to ensure the partner's rights are maximised to achieve their objectives and KPIs.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our commercial partner's business strategies, products, target growth markets, competitors, and KPI's/metrics that resonate when evaluating success.
  • Support the Senior Manager, Partnerships in creating an integrated partnership marketing strategy for Partners and work collaboratively in cross-departmental project groups as required.
  • Be pro-active in building new opportunities and initiatives to strengthen the value of the partnership/s.
  • Maintain a commercially focused mindset to create and convert new partner and business opportunities.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in managing and delivering partnership marketing activities, sponsorship, brand/product marketing, sales, and communications campaigns.
  • Proven experience delivering workstreams and tasks as set, on time and to brief, to the expected standards, working across various departments.
  • Strong planning and organisation skills capable of dealing with several concurrent workstreams, identifying problems before they happen.
  • Proactive mindset, with the ability to prioritise workload, work autonomously, and respond to partners and internal stakeholders in a timely manner.
