**Job Title:** Senior Children's Home Manager

**Estimated Salary:** £45,000 - £50,000 per annum

**Job Description:**

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Registered Manager to lead our 3-bed children's residential care home in Worcester. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care are provided to our service users, who require complex care support.

The successful candidate will have:

  • At least 2 years' experience in residential childcare, with 1 year in a supervisory role within the last 5 years;
  • A Level 3 qualification in Children's Residential Care (essential) and a Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (preferred);
  • Comprehensive knowledge of The Quality Standards, SCCIF, childcare legislation, and regulatory requirements;

As a dedicated and compassionate leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing individualised care plans that meet the unique needs of our service users;
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns or incidents to relevant authorities;
  • Ensuring the home is run efficiently and effectively, with a strong focus on quality and safety;
  • Supervising and supporting staff to provide high-quality care and support;
