Support Worker for Vulnerable Children

We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as a Support Worker for vulnerable children in residential care. Located in Worcester, this role offers a competitive salary of £13.76 per hour inclusive of holiday pay.

This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people. As a Support Worker, you will provide 2:1 care and support to children in our residential homes, promoting their independence and wellbeing.

To be successful in this role, you will need at least 6 months experience of working with children, a valid UK driving licence, and hold a current Enhanced DBS or be willing to obtain one. The right to work in the UK is also essential.
