HR Operations Specialist

This exciting opportunity has arisen within our friendly and supportive HR department at ARAG UK. As a Talent Advisor, you will be responsible for supporting the Head of Talent and the wider team to deliver the Talent agenda.
You will work closely with stakeholders across HR and the wider organization, supporting the Learning & Development (L&D), Recruitment, and Inclusion functions.
Key Tasks- L&D and Recruitment Support: Provide administrative support to the L&D and Recruitment teams, including managing training records, updating Learning Management Systems, and ensuring compliance with legislation and regulations.
- Budget Management: Track and manage the L&D and Recruitment budgets, forecasting activity, and managing invoices.
- Inclusion Network Coordination: Coordinate the Inclusion Network meeting, compiling packs, and gathering diversity data.
- Exceptional administration and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information and data with discretion.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, including using Excel for tracking and reporting.
- Experience in planning and organising tasks, projects, and events.
We offer a competitive salary range of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
