Interim HR Business Partner

We are seeking an experienced Interim HR Generalist to join our client's HR Team on a 34-month fixed-term contract. This role will commence as 3 days per week, with the possibility of increasing to at least 4 days (ideally 5). The successful candidate must be willing to travel regularly to Taunton, Bath, Swindon, and the surrounding Wiltshire area.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will also have strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, recruitment, and benefits administration.
- Providing advice and guidance to line managers on HR-related matters.
- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Degree-level qualification in HR or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in an HR generalist role.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
