We are seeking a highly skilled Interim HR Generalist to join our clients HR Team on a 34-month fixed term contract. This role will require the successful candidate to work 3 days per week initially, with the potential to increase to at least 4 days (ideally 5). Although home-based, regular travel to Taunton, Bath, Swindon and the broader Wiltshire area is required. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and be able to adapt to changing priorities.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the HR Team, providing guidance on employment law, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. They will also be responsible for managing employee relations, conducting investigations, and implementing change management initiatives.

A competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum is being offered for this role, depending on experience. The successful candidate will also receive a range of benefits, including pension scheme, life insurance, and access to ongoing training and development opportunities.
