About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Interim HR Generalist to join our client's HR Team on a 34-month fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, recruitment, and benefits administration.
  • Providing advice and guidance to line managers on HR-related matters.
  • Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Degree-level qualification in HR or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in an HR generalist role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Salary Information:

We offer a competitive salary of £42,500 per annum, based on experience. In addition to your salary, you will also receive a generous pension scheme and opportunities for professional development and growth.
