We are recruiting for an HR Administrator/Recruitment Coordinator to join our HR team at Carbase. This exciting opportunity offers the chance to contribute to the company's success while developing your career in HR or recruitment.
As an HR Administrator/Recruitment Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Coordinating recruitment processes, including candidate screening and interview scheduling
- Supporting the Head of People, Learning & Culture in the development of HR strategies
- Providing general administration and support to the HR team
Requirements:
- Previous experience in recruitment or HR
- CIPD qualification (desired)
- Strong organisational skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment
