Key Responsibilities
  • SUPPORT CUSTOMERS: Provide timely and effective support to customers across phone, email, and live chat, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • WORK WITH DEALERSHIPS: Collaborate with car dealerships to facilitate seamless application processes, promoting excellent end-to-end service.

What You'll Need:

  • EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS: Possess a natural ability to listen, empathize, and communicate effectively with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • CUSTOMER FOCUS: Demonstrate a genuine interest in delivering outstanding customer service, meeting KPIs, and call quality targets.
  • PAST EXPERIENCE: Showcase relevant experience working in a customer-focused environment, preferably with basic PC literacy within a Windows environment.
