About The Opportunity

We are excited to offer an exceptional opportunity for a Wellbeing Delivery Specialist to join our team at Motability Operations Ltd.

As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in driving positive change within our company culture by developing and delivering health and wellbeing initiatives.

Working closely with our Head of HR Business Partnering and Health & Wellbeing Manager, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on the wellbeing of our colleagues and contribute to the success of our organisation.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement wellbeing training programmes.
  • Provide mentoring and coaching for neurodiverse colleagues.
  • Plan, engage, and deliver wellbeing activities around our wellbeing calendar of events.

Requirements:

  • Experience in delivering organisational wellbeing initiatives and support.
  • Significant experience of delivering training on workplace wellbeing topics.
  • Specialist knowledge of supporting neurodiversity in the workplace.

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Benefits: 15% non-contributory pension, life assurance at 4 times basic salary, employee discount scheme, access to cycle to work scheme, 28 days annual leave, funded private medical insurance cover, critical illness insurance, and access to healthcare apps.
