Become a Key Player in Our Hazardous Waste Solutions Team
We're looking for a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team and help drive revenue growth through innovative solutions. As a Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building relationships with major industrial accounts, and identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in key target markets. With a competitive salary of £50k-£55k per annum, plus commission (40% of basic OTE for on-target sales), car/allowance, and the chance to make a real impact, this is an exciting opportunity not to be missed. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with major industrial accounts
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in key target markets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business development or sales management
- Proven track record in major account management within the industrial sector
- Strong knowledge of hazardous waste markets and solutions
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
