Business Growth Specialist

As a Business Manager at Sytner MINI High Wycombe, you will be responsible for:
- Managing and growing all aspects of the Finance & Insurance department, including sales enquiries and developing the sales team.
- Ensuring that every customer has a clear understanding of their obligations, with integrity and fairness.
- Driving finance and add-on performance forward, exceeding your full potential and inspiring your colleagues to do the same.
- Working closely with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with experience working in a fast-paced environment. They should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a proven track record of success in driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction. The estimated salary for this role is £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
