We are seeking an experienced Commercial Growth Specialist to join our team at Ernest Gordon Recruitment.

About the Role
This is a dynamic and challenging role that will involve identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth for a leading specialist in aluminium windows, doors, and curtain walling systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers to ensure successful collaboration.
  • Conduct thorough market research to inform sales strategies and identify potential projects.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to convert quotes into orders.
  • Work with the marketing department to develop and implement effective growth strategies.


Requirements:
  • A background in business development within the construction industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to build effective relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • A full UK driver's license and flexibility to travel as required.

The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately £55,000 - £65,000 depending on experience.
