This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established and respected service provider in the facilities management space. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth and development, working closely with the internal sales support team to win new business and strengthen the area sales/new business team.

About the Role

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with the internal sales support team to develop and implement sales plans and tactics
  • Manage the sales pipeline and diary to ensure effective time management and prioritization
  • Provide consultative selling and negotiation skills to secure new business and contracts
  • Average order size up to £25k
