Customer Service Operations Lead

The Customer Service Operations Lead role at Burton Bolton & Rose Recruitment Services Ltd presents an exciting opportunity to join a small, successful organisation and contribute to the day-to-day management of customer service issues.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the Office Manager in overseeing customer service operations.
- Manage incoming enquiries from clients, processing their order requirements from initiation to delivery.
- Liaise with Freight Forwarders to arrange client deliveries throughout the UK.
- Analyse weekly/monthly stock reports, identifying low-stock items and alerting the buying team.
- Coordinate the production process, shipping, and tracking of deliveries to the UK warehouse.
