About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Operations Lead to join our team at Ennismore. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our Membership Services team, ensuring seamless delivery of services to our Members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement training programs for Membership Services Agents, enhancing their skills and knowledge
  • Resolve Member inquiries and issues promptly, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Make bookings on behalf of Members, ensuring efficient transaction processing
  • Manage Member profiles, maintaining accurate records and data
  • Oversee Membership cancellation processes, coordinating team efforts to ensure smooth execution
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel teams worldwide, fostering collaborative partnerships
  • Prioritize customer-centric tasks to deliver high-quality customer service and hospitality
  • Collaborate with the Director of Operations to promote the Dis-loyalty Membership to hotel Front Office and Restaurant & Bar teams
  • Assist with scheduling, roster management, and other operational tasks

Estimated Salary: £42,000 - £50,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.

  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in hospitality or related industries
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with hotel operations and loyalty programs
