We are looking for a qualified teacher with expertise in teaching and possessing clear communication skills. A fun and supportive nature is essential, along with the ability to use your initiative and think creatively. You should be comfortable playing and getting messy with the students, as well as having the energy to keep up with them throughout the day.
A calm approach under pressure is expected, and you must be willing to support personal care tasks such as nappies and toilet training. Planning and delivering effective lessons to small groups of students is crucial.
We offer a comprehensive onboarding programme, including in-house training and development courses, allowing you to learn about each student and how you can best support them. Continuous skill development opportunities are also available during your career with us.
