Responsibilities:
  • Assist students with ASD in both academic subjects and daily living skills providing one-on-one and small group support to enhance their learning experience.
  • Implement personalized strategies to help students develop communication skills social interactions and emotional regulation.
  • Collaborate closely with classroom teachers therapists and the specialized SEN team to create and modify lesson plans that accommodate individual learning needs.
  • Foster a positive and safe learning environment encouraging students to engage in classroom activities and build relationships with their peers.
  • Monitor and track student progress providing feedback and insights to teachers and parents to ensure that each student's needs are being met effectively.
  • Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance your knowledge and skills related to autism support and special education practices.
