A primary school in Hammersmith, supported by the Wayman Learning Trust, is seeking a skilled SEN Autism Support Specialist to provide tailored support for children with autism.

The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and the SENCO to develop lesson plans and activities that cater to individual students' needs. They will also provide 1:1 and small group support to help students engage with the curriculum and develop essential social skills.

As an SEN Autism Support Specialist, you will be part of a dedicated team that promotes a positive and inclusive learning environment. Your collaboration with teachers and colleagues will ensure seamless progress and optimal outcomes for students.

To succeed in this role, you should have experience working with children with autism and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. A relevant qualification or training in autism support would be highly beneficial.

This is a full-time permanent position with a competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
