**Job Overview**

We are seeking a skilled Field Sales Representative to join our team in a rapidly growing telecoms company. As a Field Sales Representative, you will drive growth and customer engagement, promoting cutting-edge telecom solutions through direct sales efforts.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Achieve sales targets by consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals while improving conversion rates.
• Conduct daily scheduled visits to prospective clients to engage and optimize each customer interaction.
• Act as a dedicated brand ambassador with a professional, customer-first approach, representing the company's brand and values.

**What We're Looking For:**

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic salesperson who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should be goal-oriented, ambitious, and have a natural drive to reach targets. Sales experience in field sales and customer-centric skills are highly valued. The ability to handle customer feedback or complaints and provide solutions is essential.

**What's on Offer:**

We offer a competitive base salary starting at £28,000, plus an uncapped commission structure, with an OTE of £50,000+. Opportunities for career growth and advancement within a rapidly growing company are also available. Comprehensive benefits include 25 days of holiday, increasing up to 35 with service, and private health insurance.
