Job Overview:

Austin Fraser is a leading education recruitment agency, specialising in the placement of education professionals into schools and colleges across the UK. We are currently seeking an experienced Student Wellbeing Coordinator to join our team in Sheffield.

The Student Wellbeing Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of strategies to improve student wellbeing and attendance. This will involve working closely with teachers and other education professionals to identify areas where additional support may be needed, and developing and implementing interventions to address these needs.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working with students who require additional support, and will have a sound understanding of educational principles and practices. They will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with students, staff and parents.
