Job Role:

CV-Library is looking for a skilled Wellbeing Coach - Education Sector to provide comprehensive wellbeing support services to our students. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the implementation of our safeguarding, prevent, and inclusion agenda.

Your primary responsibilities will include delivering wellbeing support through designated channels, managing learner concerns, and developing and reviewing individual wellbeing action plans to ensure learner retention and progression.

You will also be responsible for using relevant data sets to manage attendance and provide one-to-one and group support. Furthermore, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the wellbeing of our students by providing initial reports of learner concerns and implementing short-term and medium-term interventions when necessary.

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum

Essential Skills:

  1. A minimum of GCSE grade C in Maths and English, with a willingness to pursue relevant teaching qualifications.
  2. Experience working with learners in teaching, tutoring, mentoring, or coaching roles, as well as understanding of key policies including Pro Monitor, EIF, and safeguarding protocols.
  3. Excellent interpersonal skills, effective communication, and a caring professional demeanor.
