Job Profile:

CV-Library is recruiting a dedicated Student Welfare Professional to join our team. As a Wellbeing Coach, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive wellbeing support services to our students.

Your primary duties will include delivering wellbeing support through designated channels, managing learner concerns, and developing and reviewing individual wellbeing action plans to ensure learner retention and progression.

You will also be responsible for using relevant data sets to manage attendance and provide one-to-one and group support. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in promoting the wellbeing of our students by implementing safeguarding protocols and ensuring their safety and security.

About Our Team:

Salary: £26,000 - £31,000 per annum

Key Requirements:

  1. A minimum of GCSE grade C in Maths and English, with a willingness to pursue relevant teaching qualifications.
  2. Experience working with learners in teaching, tutoring, mentoring, or coaching roles, as well as understanding of key policies including Pro Monitor, EIF, and safeguarding protocols.
  3. Excellent interpersonal skills, effective communication, and a caring professional demeanor.
