Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement tailored learning plans to cater to students' diverse needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to ensure seamless integration of teaching strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to review meetings to ensure student progress.
  • Provide one-on-one support and small group instruction to promote academic growth and social development.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with students, teachers, and parents.
  • Able to adapt teaching methods to meet the unique needs of each student.
  • Demonstrated patience, understanding, and sensitivity when working with students who require additional support.
