Job Description

Blossom House School is committed to providing a high-quality, efficient HR and Accounts service for the school community. As an HR and Accounts Coordinator, you will play a key role in delivering this service by providing administrative support across the HR function.

Responsibilities

  • Recruitment administration, including shortlisting and interviewing candidates.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Recording and monitoring staff absence.
  • Performing operational HR administration tasks.
  • Entering and reconciling Accounts data.

Requirements

  • Proven administrative experience, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Able to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Familiarity with database software and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.

Salary: £15,600 per annum (based on FTE £28,000)

Additional Information

The successful candidate will be required to undergo an Enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check as part of the safeguarding process.
